Latitude36, Inc is pleased to be named the 5th largest woman-owned business in Tennessee. Even in a down economy the last two years, our people have worked diligently under the direction of president, Mary Farling, to position Latitude36 for tremendous growth in 2011 and beyond.  Our philosophy has always been pretty simple:  provide the finest service in our industry not only in Tennessee but throughout the entire United States while always adhering to our core strengths:  Information Technology,  Healthcare, and Business Professional staffing.

MedRP International (dba) TechRP is entering an exciting new chapter of our company history.  Effective April 1, 2011, we are changing our name to Latitude36.

Why change company names after eleven years in business?

The reasons are pretty simple. Two distinct names for our Information Technology and Healthcare business lines served us well in our early years.  However, that has made communicating our mission and brand more difficult today.  Not only have our service offerings blurred the lines between the Information Technology and Healthcare sectors, we have also entered new business channels such as; International Recruitment, Manpower Services, Payroll Services, and staffing services across a broad range of industries.

Changing company names allows Latitude36 to unify our services under a single brand name, versus being defined by the name itself.  Our customers and employees in the field will see a more cohesive account management and back office support team, as well as expanded services because of this change.

Where does the name come from?

Latitude36 refers to the latitude coordinates where our corporate office is located in Nashville, TN. It’s been our home for over eleven years, but it’s not the only place we do business.  With a West Coast office in Fremont, CA, and customers in over twenty states, Latitude36 is ready to serve wherever you have needs.

How will this change affect you?

Outside of a name change nothing else in the company has changed.   Latitude36 is still under the same ownership, and managed by the same fantastic team of people.  Our Federal EIN and diversity certification will not change either.  Rest assured that our commitment to help make you successful is stronger than ever.
